 what we do

SINCE 1984
we've been studying
THE BEHAVIOR OF WATER

Years of R&D, responding to industry standards which are unsustainable and antiquated, led us to the  development of FASP®, a slotted angled pipe and system design with now years of historical data, supporting outcomes that we can definitively say, for the life of your structure.  We continue to develop new applications for our system.

A slotted, angled pipe, creating turbulent nodes within, pushing sediment and fines through to exhaust.

Its the INTRODUCTION
of MOISTURE that causes EXPANSION, DE-STABALIZATION

There is a great mis-understanding about how a foundation shifts and twists and cracks, a school of thought arrived out of last century text books and little exploration of logic.  The standard, specified by well respected professionals  includes plug in standards, a filter cloth wrapped pipe.

Filter cloth must always be replaced or cleaned.  Because there is no filter cloth to become clogged, the system remains dry and water finds the slots.  The result, roots and bacteria are not a growth medium within our pipe.

WATER BEHAVIOR LOGIC
historical data, research
APPLIED

We have our 10,000 hours invested in the study of water behavior.  It occurs to us to dissect every scenario. to design the highest and best possible outcome.

We are precise in our approach, to ensure each design is redundant and has a factor of safety that can handle the biggest of our known weather events, is easily accessed for cameras and cleaning for a lifetime...applying logic and science.

and then  |  we own it!

YOUR 10 YEAR WARRANTY STATEMENT  WITH THE OPTION TO UPGRADE FOR LIFE

The confidence that we have in our proprietary system,  design and installation, historical data and the knowledge that our oldest systems run clear without impasse, allows us to offer a standard 10 year warranty on the viability of our  FASP® system with the option to upgrade for life.

Redundancies are built into our system and the design is such that cameras move easily through for cleaning and diagnosis. You can be assured that there is a protective envelope surrounding your structure, for the life of your structure.

Our team is dedicated to perfection.  They are truly artisans, each engineering problem solvers. We love to hear the many stories from our customers regarding the professionalism of our team and from those who have grown to enjoy the study of water behavior.
