 LEGAL ISSUES

Drain system installation:   Long-term experience in repair and replacement of failed French Drain Systems provided first hand knowledge of equipment subject to failure.  FASP® “Filter Free”  Systems were developed to eliminate this failure and thus the liability associated with it.

Building Construction:   Currently there is sufficient case history information available to verify that drainage issues require critical & responsive attention.  Specialized solutions through creative designs during the construction process can limit future problems and benefit the project.

City Codes:   Currently, emphasis is being placed in drainage requirements for new construction.  Information and expert witness requests about drainage problems have escalated.  This has resulted in a self published book—Drainage:  Water Control, Residential & Commercial  which substantially confirms the reality of problem progression through  time.   The opportunity of dealing  with water control most economically and efficiently is to provide specialized drainage systems along with the project construction.  We now have time tested proven materials, equipment and specialized drainage system designs to assure predictable performance.

FASP® “Filter Free” Systems  for French Drainage sub-surface water control has resulted from a ten year  new product development program by Dallas Drain Company, Inc.  The building contractor now has the availability of  FASP® "Filter Free" Systems which does what no other product or equipment can do where  filtering is an issue.   By definition, all filters need cleaning or replacing.  FASP® Systems have no filter to ever replace.
